No. All essential shipping information, pricing guidance, and limitations are already included in the delivery schedule above.

Are delivery times guaranteed?

No. All delivery timelines are estimates only. If timing is critical, pickup from our Ikota location is the safest option.

What if I urgently need my order?

Our customer care team may contact you to discuss possible delivery upgrades where available.

What if delivery fails?

Failed deliveries are charged again at standard delivery rates, as we are not a shipping company.

What is the fastest guaranteed option?

Pickup from our Ikota location between 12:00 noon and 2:00 pm, Monday to Saturday. Call +234 818 000 4561.

What about exchanges and sizing?

Exchange items must be brand new with packaging intact. Exchange delivery costs are borne by the customer. Customers unsure of sizing are advised to reach out before purchase and review Instagram sizing videos.
