Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order on travelshopng.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Products and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices are confirmed at the time of purchase.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography conditions.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Payment is accepted via Flutterwave, Paystack, and direct bank transfer to Moniepoint (Account Name: Tobi Finds - TravelShopNG, Account Number: 8180004561). Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

Corporate Orders

All corporate gifting and bulk orders require a deposit of 80% of the total order value before production or fulfilment begins. The remaining 20% is due on or before the day of delivery.

For large-volume orders, alternative payment structures may be discussed and agreed in writing prior to commencement.

Corporate orders that are personalised, branded, or custom-produced are non-refundable once production has commenced.

Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver within the timeframes stated in our Shipping Policy. However, TravelShopNG is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for full details. Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery, subject to the conditions set out in that policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on travelshopng.com including text, images, logos, and branding is the property of TravelShopNG and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

TravelShopNG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the original purchase.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
