No. All delivery timelines are estimates only. If timing is critical, pickup from our Ikota location is the safest option. 

What if I urgently need my order?

What if delivery fails? 

Failed deliveries are charged again at standard delivery rates, as we are not a shipping company. 

What is the fastest guaranteed option?

What about exchanges and sizing? 

Exchange items must be brand new with packaging intact. Exchange delivery costs are borne by the customer. Customers unsure of sizing are advised to reach out before purchase and review Instagram sizing videos.
